There wasn't any need for that. Although I will hold my hands up to forgetting a minor bit of rules minutae at 8:30ish this morning.

Also, for clarification, I didn't write the list. I contributed towards it. As a playtester we're often asked our opinions and suggestions by those who DO write the lists. The exarch changes were suggestions of mine and the it was agreed they were worth doing.
