Not 100% sure if these are actual errors, as the only historical versions of the list I could easily find went by the name 'SUMBUDDIERUVVER’S BLOOD AXE WAR HORDE ORK ARMY'. However, there's a number of inconsistencies in the BLOOD AXE KOMMANDANT UG SKRAGGA MORKRUMPS’S KORPS ORK ARMY list. Both are labeled as v1.3 with Neal Hunt as the army champion, so I'm assuming they're supposed to be the same.

Warband formation list entry: includes Killa Kanz as an upgrade option. The 'Sumbuddieruvver' version does not include Killa Kanz. Killa Kanz and Dreadnoughts do not appear anywhere else in the list, and do not seem to be in theme. Not sure they should be here or if they're a cut and paste error from other Ork lists.

Bommer's formation list entry: 'Ork Bommer'. Unit reference list: 'Bommer'. This is inconsistent naming.

Bommers Special Rule indicates that they can be part of a squadron of Fighta Squadron. The formation list does not support this; they are two separate entries. Either this special rule needs to go, or there should be an option in the Fighta Squadron to upgrade or add Bommers. In the 'Sumbuddieruvver' version of the list, they were only upgrades to the base Fighta Squadron.

Special Rule Deth From Above indicates that there are Drop Kanz, Kroozers and Battlekroozers. The unit reference list supports this. The main list entries (and points) are missing. 'Sumbuddieruvver' version of the list had the following three additional entries:

Kill Kroozer, One Kill Kroozer, May be upgraded to Ork Battlekroozer for +50 points, 200
Gargant, One Gargant, n/a, 650
Great Gargant, One Great Gargant, n/a, 850

Several formation entries reference a +50 point upgrade 'Warkopta'. This unit does not appear in the unit reference list. Based on the 3.04 Supplemental list here: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=22042 it should have the following profile:

Another inconsistency I noticed between this document and Raiders 2, on the same unit as above, is that it's weapon Arcane terror has 20 cm range in Raiders but 15 cm in the compendium. I'm inclined to believe however that it's Raiders 2 that's at fault here since 20 cm is a rather unconventional range for a weapon in epic.

Valkyrie is missing.

The Thunderhawk Transporter in the reference sheet for the Black Templars list is missing it's CC and FF values.

The Thunderhawk Transporter in the Scions reference sheet is also wrong in a different way in having AA4+ Twin Heavy Bolter, rather than the correct AA5+.

Also, the criticals on both state the aircraft crashes, but not the closing statement that this kills all on board. For completeness this should be added.

The Magna Melta on the Caestus Assault Ram is MW4+ going by the Raven Guard list, but the compendium has it as MW5+ in error. Page 25.

The stats of the Warlord are missing in the Feral Orks Army list.

There are errors in the Vraksian list, I'll skip giving the page number sorry, as I think they're coming out different on my mobile, but it should be easy enough to find.

The Valdor is missing the Reinforced Armour it should have.
The Minotaur is missing the Reinforced Armour and Thick Rear Armour it should have.

The Attack Bike in the Space Marine lists should take up a single transport slot in a Landing Craft, not two slots as you have it now. It should also be amongst the list of units that can be transported in a Thunderhawk.
