I have for now decided to go with
Regional
Defence
Force


However I am almost done designing their first vehicle.
It is a large 6 wheeled amphibious IPV.

It is made for the RDF and is a long range infantry patrol vehicle.
It is large enough to carry 5 men and two crew and enough supplies/fuel to allow the vehicle to be away from its Patrol Base for up to a week.
It has bunks and a chemical loo onboard aswell as all the normal things you would expect.


There will be three variants.

The missile pod version big badda boom

I need a name for the basic IPV.
Then names for each variant.

I so far have Pathfinder for the IPV and Sentinel for the sensor version.
Pathfinder as it is used by the RDF for patroling the brave new frontier and bodly going where no other colonist vehicle has gone before.

So what cool sounding names can you think of that I can steal?
