Looking very nice. I always like nice snow bases. Cockpit windows look nice as well

I did a set of objective markers that were three pieces of a crashed Marauder: cockpit, fuselage and wing and then rear tail section.

I had a Marauder that shipped with two left wings (got it in a trade) but no-one noticed when it was turned into an objective marker :-)

So its now May, does anyone know where last month went?

I have enjoyed spending the month checking all the threads here for updates and have been inspired by so many lovely minis.

Anyway, as a quick update on my progress, i have my 2 Marauder Destroyers (Exodus wars Rocs) almost ready I will be posting pictures probably later today. Then I should have the vultures ready by the end of next week.

So part one of this months addittions to my TOEG.

oh now those are some great looking models, very nice work mate.

So i havn't yet finished my vultures. Just need to sort the bases out for them and one other thing, their commissar.

slight snag. im at a loss as to what to do to mark the commissar apart from the rest.

currently im against doing a full black model for them.

Ideas i currently have are

paint the vents black with maybe red and/or gold
paint the tail black, with red and/or gold. leaving squad markings
paint the rotor housing black, with red and/or gold

At the moment im leaning towards vents or tail, what do you guys think.

If required I can paint up a sample of each.

So the new epic uk army lists changed a few things round here.

After some thought I have decided on the below as a 3k list. Its 1 activation less than before (dropped a lightning squad), the supreme commander is now bts. Finally a 2nd stormtrooper squad has made its way in.

Ok so apparently I'm urged behind than I thought I was.

I have almost finished the next 1500 points just sorting out the transports for 2 infantry companies. I did have the supreme commander unit done by July. Well unless you count putting them on the base I had managed to misplace my drill.

So enough excuses I plan to have Last months, this months and an extra month up by the end of the week.

Bristol summer sizzler is just round the corner and I need to finish 3k at least by then. Will try to push it to 4k.
