I'd looked at it when I was working through all of the known forgeworlds and I didn't see anything that stuck out better or made it more interesting than the three I'd narrowed the field to.

I know I'm a EA noob and don't claim to be some AdMech fluff expert (nor want to get caught up in the AdMech whirlwind ) but whats wrong with an AA minoris? I get that even though the AdMech basically make all the IG stuff and theoretically have it available to them we're not trying to build YAIGL so incorporating Hydras is to be avoided. However trying to invent some new type of infantry doesn't seem to right either. Are not ordinatus basically crazy AdMech contraptions based around the idea to make some weapon system mobile? Seems a no brainer to have an AA option on that. The minors get something that fits into a standard sized vehicle and majoris basically get access to Titan grade weapons where we've got the carapace laser, right? Seems like an AdMech deployed force really should be show casing those nutty freaky looking creations. I can't help but think of the blatant ripoff of the AdMech style in The Second Renaissance but stuff that looks like what you see in that last battle in the end is what comes to mind when I think of the AdMech marching to war. Frankly the AdMech are the last bastion of the freaky Rogue Trader art style left in the 40k universe.

I'd like to see gorgons for transporting praetorians (dark apostle) and maybe a leviathan-esque command WE with option to make SC (like necron warbarque)

Gorgons are highly unlikely to appear. Since they are units used by other Imperial armies, they are near the bottom of units to add to the list. Priorities are things know to be primarily or exclusively AdMech.

For AC, what about a wider use of Lysanders? Were they designed specifically for the Warmonger, or were they in wider deployment?

I haven't seen anything about them outside of the warmonger titan. I'd kind of like to see the army with limited access to air units though to focus more in the infantry and other mechanicus units.

I've also been mulling a structure similar to the AMTL list:

Core:
Demi-century
Sagitarii
Praetorians - AA option?

Ordinatus (1:2):
Minorus - AA option
Majoris - AA option

Support (1:1):
Crusaders
Colossus
Orbital Support

Upgrades (core only):
Flak - AA option
Transport
Magos (tech lord)
Minorus


This would be the core of the list and from here we can add in things like Rapiers or mole mortars and allies as we go. Hopefully it would promote the use of Ordinatus a bit more. Not sure if we need three core options though or if one should move to support. I think that we could grant the Praetorians the AA shot again, move them to support and drop the idea of the AA servitor.

I would prefer no Hydras as too closely associated with IG. Likewise I would prefer no Thundrbolts. If you wanted an alternative Imperial flyer, how about Liughtning? Lightning are fairly rare and don't appear in many IG lists (IIRC they are in Vanaheim).

Hydras are the one exception Basically I'd rather not see everyone's collections entirely invalidated so the hydra flak upgrade and chimedons give folks who had chimeras and hydra batteries for their admech armies a place to use them. Kind of like how the Crusader give people a place to use their sentinels now that the detachment has been removed rather than leave the unit entirely useless.

Fair enough, seems odd to me given that in practically the only depiction of skitarii fighting gorgon are heavily used as transports while chimedon hasn't been used as a name for 10+ years
