I love it!

However, it might be worth highlighting the landing lights with brighter colors so they 'glow' a bit more. Unless you plan on following up with LED landing lights - at this point I wouldn't be surprised!

Ok, so a great day yesterday with JimXII, we made some serious progress. Detailsing was done to the majority of the small items, only minor work is left to be done on the large landing pads. Tha table was flocked and we decided on final details for trees and the like. So plenty of pics to keep you all gawking at the blog. We are hoping to play a 25K game of Guard and Marines Vs Iron Warriors with the board as part terrain for the game.

We have discussed some simple rules:

Control of the base and its defences is based around control of the two major buildings at either end of the board. They give you ownership of the air defence weapons on the base. We are still looking at other special rules that the airbase can bring.
