Considering this fellow is so big and currently just white, I think it needs something more to really make him awesome - I was thinking painting some sections dark red, as I have a mechwarrior model on my desk that looks pretty cool in that combo, but having recently seen Onyx's tanks painted for Otterman I might just be stealing that colour scheme!
Any suggestions that people think would be cool?

What about Macross styled numbers, rank symbols and a few striped sections?

Looks really good right now, but your right it needs a little something else. I was thinking if the raised plates where white and the cracks where black that would look good.

Stripes is interesting, may still thieve the nice dark red the Steve did :D - numbers and symbols will come under the House insignia I'll add at the end.

The Black in the recesses may work well, but a little late to do on this guy - Also might look good vice versa, with black panels on a white field.

Good thinking :D. We'll be able to steal some of your decals for inspiration for the Zho / Marcovian decal sheets.

Very clean and nice. Does have an old school FASA feel to it (or in the 40k universe I guess that'd be Tau). I like it though I'd go all simian-poop on it and weather it big time (better stock up on Devlan mud and Whatchamacallit-Sepia). This will give it a real sense a scale. Personally it is REALLY refreshing to see something not the old tired grim 40k go-to color schemes once in a while. I understand that in the future there's only war but I cannot believe that white and red paint are banned by order of the Inquisition...

That's...

Anyway, I like the green better than the red, but having more green would balance better.

Lookin good. Play with the head some more. Not to say "time to change that paint" but well, let's see what switching it to red/green with white accents vs the white with red/green accents the rest of it has. Methinks it will make the head pop.

Been working all over britain past week, so little progress has been made to the Behemoth, done a little work on the base - starting to add foliage - and here's another photoshop image, I liked the idea of making the head stand out more - I've not done it here but I think just making the head a solid colour might be good:
