Fantastic painting on those Marines. The before and after effect of this thread makes me laugh as I look into my own box of old school Orks.

Now paint the rest of the Company.

Haha, i love the old school section of this! Just like looking in an old White Dwarf! ;D

But great job showing your skillz with the later marines, Army-tastic!

Ben.

Great mentors - nice to see them getting an outing in 6mm, especially when so well done as these.

After seeing the Excellent Space wolves from EpiComp it got me motivated to start up my own Space Wolves. So here are a few work in progress pictures.

Great Armies!

I love the old school stuff, and your new armies look amazing. The 6mm claws on the marine must have taken a steady hand.

Looks good man, do you wash your mini's or do you just basecoat and dry brush a lighter color? Or something different perhaps?

Thanks for the kind comments, i am a big fan of old school 6mm miniatures. Banichi the claws are really thin bits of plasticard, it took me a far few attempts to get them right. Blindhorizon the basecoat is blue grey then a blue ink wash. Then i mix blue grey with space wolf grey, with a final highlight of space wolf grey.

Very nice - beautiful (and steady-handed) paintwork.
