Gang,
Thanks for the support and discussion to this thread, I have been able to provide feedback to the company and we will see from here where they go. I know it will be a great project that will get some serious interest from you guys. I would love to say more, but I am bound to keep their secret.
Cheers Aaron

I discovered this board too late, but I would've voted for bases. It's bothersome to have to find another source for them when you buy minis, and it makes the minis' price feel like a lie because you aren't getting a complete product. They can be quite expensive on their own.
Games Workshop sells the cheapest infantry bases I know of at US$4.50 for sixteen. If that's all I'm ordering though, then multiply by 250% for shipping. Still cheaper than Exodus Wars bases, but how long will GW keep selling theirs? They jacked up the prices on their small flying bases a few years ago, so I'm not counting on their 6mm infantry base deal to last.
If the company you're working with doesn't offer bases at all, they might still get my business but I'd still be tempted by GW's monopose but low-price and convenient infantry boxes.

Sheet of plasticard, steel ruler, hobby knife. Cheapass bases, just the size you like.
