Thanks. I'll see if I can get some shots of them. Terrain shots may become standard soon or at least more accessible. My LGS had their annual sale today and I picked up one of the GW flocked battlemats pretty cheap. Should provide a good flat surface for photos that I don't need to jury rig with hills.

And if you turn it over you can use it for BFG, too.

Nah. A long time ago I made a bunch of 25x25 cm tiles out of foam board I can rearrange however I like for the BFG gaming table. :)

Mate,

Looking forward to seeing the pred and whirlwinds, however I am keen as mustard to see your BFG work. I know it will be something special, any modifications to the standard GW Strike Cruiser?

Quite a few actually. :) Zac and I have been working on a conversion kit for the GW and FW SC that includes a plug for the launch bay to represent the bombardment cannon and torepdoes. Here's the pic of close to how the the thing looks.

Mate,

Very nice indeed, I think I would like to request such modifications to my stricke cruisers the next time I send them. Will you be doing any work to the battlebarge?

Plan on doing sides for the SC and/or BB's? So like an all Assault SC would only Launch Bays...

Probably not. The battlebarge is far harder to do much with since the midship and prow are a single solid chunk of metal. I may see about doing a little to the armor on the front, but if I end up doing anything it'll be a one of conversion. You should see if Zac can get you some sets to send up for the SC though.

AoC: no side changes for the SC. None of the Assault SC ones are official and they'd need a far more intrusive kit than a simple prow swap.

Where, What etc is the NetBFG Stuff? Trying to wade through SG Forums is like death. Is it just the Google Docs? Or is there more progress?
