Looking forwards to facing your Krieg at Winter Warmer then? :-)

And at some point in the further future, a Mossinians vs. Krieg mega battle I hope. :-p

Nah...I've also got to get some small, medium, and one plastic ginourmous robot painted up in time to go toe to track with Al Saunder's Mega Gargant list!

However, I WAS going to suggest that you and I organise said mega battle at some point...I could travel to london easily enough next year: might even come by bike! Was going to suggest refighting the mossinian campaign actually if you've never done that before?

I'd love to do that, but will likely be moving out of London by April... we shall see...

The Imperator is loosely based on aspects of an old John Blanche picture :-)< i'll try upldoading it somewhen in the next week or so.
Points to those that can tell where some of the parts are from!

I liked the small conversion on that Imperator- changes the look somewhat.

What are you planning on arming that Reaver with?

Cheers

James

The reaver is magnatised but in my 3k list is armed with a Plasma Blastgun, a Laser Burner and a Corus Assualt Pod :-) Unfortunately the Corvus seems to have gone missing! For Irony's sake i'd converted it from the body of the metal Reaver and it looked really good! Must be in my room somewhere!

So far I've managed to undercoat things...

and start painting the Knights...

and...because I'm MEANT to be painting Space Egyptians to sell on eBay at long last...I've ended up tinkering with new Ork unit's instead: thus once again ruining my intention of sticking to a single thing at any one point...but, hey, I enjoyed myself :-)

Some people were talking about making Supa Stompa's out of 40k Killa Kans...
Image
So I did!

Of course...Supa Stompa's need normal Stompa's to go with them...
Image

Aaaaannnd...if you've already got Stompas, Supa Stompas, Gargants and Great Gargants...you really should make yourself a Mega Gargant as well: especially if you're working on an Imperator at the same time!

Image

(Don't point out that the Wyrdboy Tower is on backwards! Or that the MegaKannon is missing (again...it's been lost somewhere in my bedroom!))
Note the MEGA SNAPPA! This accounts for the Mega Gargant having two Titan Killing CC Weapons.

All these new builds mean I can play with OGBM as well as the Stompy List too :-)

EDIT: Expect painting progress on these after a couple of weeks, I've got the T.Sons and a Dystopian Wars commision to begin with: just wetting people's palletes and distracting myself really!

Nice- great stuff all. Might have to "borrow" your idea for stompas. I have already painted a dozen but that would be an excellent way to add some more variety of poses using the plastic gunwagon bits.

Thanks

James
