after a long dry spell last year (6 months with no painting of any kind) i have got the bug again and decided to get started on my Squats for the 2013 Onyx campaign in the middle of the year.

first model was a kitbashed Cyclops...after tiring of missing out of Cyclops' on fleabay or not wanting to pay the exorbitant prices i decided to make one of my own...based on a Heimdall tank from Battletech with some bits added i finally have something i am not altogether unhappy with...

now to decide which formation to get cracking on...bikes, trikes or artillery...

the bases will match the terrain currently under construction...i wanted that red mars like look...

as for the saturday game - gonna have to take a raincheck on that one until the army is completed :D

haha considering my tortoise like speed when it comes to painting it might be saturday next year...

although will possibly be in ur neck of the woods later this year...now to convince the other half i need to play EPIC during our holiday to the other side of the country :D

actually it is. CS dosen't believe in filters,

The Goliath's and Thudd cannon look very stern and business like - the Cyclops looks a little more weird and wonderful. Bristling with guns!
