Salamanders Whilrwind Detachment is missing the Helios Upgrade.

Siege Assault Vanguard list still says "Siege Vanguard" in every place. SHould be "Siege Assault Vanguard"

Thanks Dave for all your hard work as well.

I have not gone through it properly but just one thing I saw:

Demiurg has no rating whether that be Approved/Developmental/Experimental

Love the fact that the Children of the Light Genestealer Cult is in there. Very nice



As for locking the thread: how about keeping it open just long enough to catch the errors....?

I thought it would be bettere to open a new thread. Look again for errors we have overseen and then open a new thread with the hopefully final version.

I noted that the points drop of some Codex Space Marines formations (eg Tacticals drop to 275pts from 300pts).
The Salamanders should follow with this.

In particular this is:
- Tactical Detachment: 275pts
- Land Raider Detachment 325pts
- Predator Detachment 250pts
- Vindicator Detachment 225pts

- Assault Detachment increasing cost to 175pt isn't necessary as Thunderhawks and Landing Crafts cost more.

- If the reference sheet should be in alphabetical order then this order is off.

- Salamanders Tactical unit should be FF5+
- Salamanders Devastator unit should be FF4+
- For consistency Salamanders Attack Bike should read
"15cm MW5+ and (Small Arms), MW"
not
"15cm MW5+
AND (15cm) (Small Arms), MW"
- Same for the Land Speeder and Dreadnought
- Same format could also be used for Salamanders Terminator unit and Predator Incinerator for their FF Ignore Cover.
- Land Raider Helios states that it can transport 1 Terminator unit. This is wrong. It should read "Transport (may carry one of the following units: Tactical, Salamanders Tactical, Devastator, Salamanders Devastator)"
- Landing Craft says "Attack Bike" should be "Salamanders Attack Bike"

Siege Assault Vanguard:
- "Whilwind" Detachment should read "Whirlwind Support Squadron"
- Same layout as Salamanders for Multi-meltas and Heavy Flamers which confer MW or IC respectively could be used to save space.
- Dradnought still lists "Tactical" Dreadnought as option. Should be replaced with "Vulcan" Dreadnought with Multi-melta instead of Assault Cannon.
- Dreadnought (Ironclad) should have "Hurricane Bolter" (singular) not "Hurricane Bolters"(plural) and remove the +2EA (it gets FF3+ instead)
- Dreadnought (Siege) should have Ignore Cover in the notes section (in Imperial Fists reference sheet too)

Red Corsairs

- Still no mention of the mandatory Chaos Warlord (an issue with every Chaos list)
- Still no mention that Red Corsairs dno't use the Factions rule.
- Terminator Retinue still mentions Rhinos as viable upgrade.
- Chaos Drop Pod upgrade should mention that only Infantry and Dreadnoughts are allowed to use this upgrade.
- Cult Marines upgrade should emphasie that you have to take 4 of the same Cult Marines. I suggest replaceing the comma between Plague Marines and Thousand Sons with an "OR".
- The 1,2,3 and 4 exceptions in the Red Corsairs Upgrades section should state "formation" instead of "army". So you shouldn't be allowed to take for example Blood Slaughterers in a formation with Thousand Sons even if another formation in the army has Khorne Berzerkers.
- Leader on the Chaos Warlord Character isn't needed as he has Supreme Commander which includes Leader.
- Chaos Sorcerer Lord should also have "Commander" as they don`t get the CC MW as their Librarian counterparts.
- Desecrators stats bleed over in following page which messes up the header.

Are you guys still interested in getting misstakes reported? If so, concerning squats, the goliath is still missing indirect fire and has DC 6 (instead of 3) in the demiurg reference sheet.

And both Scarabs and the Tomb Sphynx have no rules given, they both exist in the 3rd Necron list only as units, but without rules.

That's something that definitely needs redress.

Here are the stats from Tomb World v1.2:

Scarab Swarm
INF 15cm 6+ 5+ -
Swarm Attack (contact) (Assault Weapons), EA(+1)
NOTES: Expendable (Non-Scarab Swarm units), Ignore Cover, Infiltrate, Necron

Tomb Sphynx
WE 25cm 4+ 4+ 3+
Arc Projector 60cm 4 x MW 3+, FxF
Disruptor Pulse 15cm 4BP, Disrupt, Ignore Cover AND
(15cm ) (Small Arms), EA(+1), Ignore Cover
NOTES: DC5, Fearless, Living Metal, Walker, May step over units and impassable or dangerous terrain that is lower then the Tomb Sphynx’s knees and up to 2cm wide.
Critical Hit Effect: The Tomb Sphynx’s energy stream is disrupted. Roll a D6 for the Tomb Sphynx in the end phase of every turn: On a 1 the stream fails to correct itself and the Tomb Sphynx implodes and is destroyed, any units within 10cm suffer a hit on a 6+ from the release of uncontrolled energy. On a 2-4 the Tomb Sphynx begins to implode before the energy stream is corrected and suffers one more point of damage. On a 5-6 the stream is re-aligned and will cause no further trouble.

Also, only Death Korps have the effects of fortifications listed, and Death Korps may not take Razor Wire as part of their fortifications, only trenches and bunkers.

I think Fortifications need either to:

be listed as part of the general rules. This would include some text about set-up and effects. Using Death Korps as an internal reference for effects is against the spirit of the compendium.

be listed in every list that uses them.
