Gav Thorpe wrote an article entitled, "Epic 40,000 Supreme Warriors" that covered this topic. The article was first published in White Dwarf issue 210. The article was subsequently reprinted in Firepower maagazine #2.
The article featured detachment 'cards' for Death Company, Ravenwing, White Scars, as well as Space Wolves. SM Chapter Organization was also covered. New specialist abilities were introduced, they made units cost a bit more, and provided slight boosts in ability to reflect the specialization of the various flavors of Space Marine.
The rule difference between a vanilla SM detachment and the Space Wolves was the introduction of a the new ability 'Space Wolves'. This ability basically increased the cost of each unit by 2 pts. The new ability added +1 to the assualt value (added after doubling for units with the hero ability, or halfing for uints with Heavy Weapons specialization) of the Space Wolf to reflect their ferocity in battle. This ability did not apply to the Space Wolves armored vehicles.
Unit specialization was per fluff, Wolf Guard=Termies, Blood Claw=Assualt (w/rampage), Long Fang=Hvy weapons, of course all Space Wolf infantry units have the 'Space Wolf' special ability.
