I'd like to petition tiny-tim and nealhunt for an offical addition to the ork AFV's. I don't know if this has ever been done but i would like to field my kil bursta/blasta tanks in an offical roll not just as a filling in as.





I know a lot goes into creating lists and balancing i don't know if its at all possible but i would rather ask and have a chance then not say anything at all.

I think the way to get them some official rules would be to write a variant army list that included them.


In this case, some kind of "Ork tank army list" would seem to be the best fit, as you could have Kill Burstas, Kill Blastas, Kill Krushas, Armoured Gunwagons, etc.

If i had any skills in that area i would give it a shot. As it stands i played only 2 games at 1500pts with people that only played warhammer fantasy and did't know all the rules. I have a feeling i would butcher the whole process. This is why i petitioned the two ork army champions to see if it was a possibility.

They're in the list; they're part of the gunwagons catagory.

I feel like it's a mix between a Battlewagon and a Gunwagon.

Just my thoughts, but i will be able to test this coming up. A friend agreed to start playing i just have to paint him up an army.

My first thought is that it's a gunwagon. My second is that it's a gunwagon with Soopagun upgrade.

I dunno - a blood axe krumpany list could be fun.

Edit: Two - Nealhunt has Blood Axe Orks v1.2, and Chroma has Kolonel Rommel's Blood Axe Mercenary Warhorde. Unsure of the amount of testing either has seen though.

Also, there are "Big Wagon" stats that would be a pretty close approximation. They are in my Blood Axe list (Ug Skragga Morkrump's Korps) and one of E&C's lists from the supplement he is working on.

Neal's list has seen extensive testing I believe and my list for the supplement is an evolved version of it.

I do not beleive chroma's list has seen much play.

those two blood axe lists are more about airdrops i think. certainly one was.

Mine has 3 design aspects:

1) Looted vehicles
2) Kommandoes and skimmers
3) Planetfall

Chroma's is focused mostly on looted vehicles.
E&C's is a bit different, a bit more "mainstream." He was discussing a Kommando focus at one point.

I'd definitely like to focus in more on kommandos as a feature unit of the list. Perhaps with them in the basic warband.
It's 90% the same as neal's list right now.

I liked the idea of a bigkopta, i was going to work on a model for it actually. I pictured a chinook with an ork face the pilots sit in the eyes and the mouth swivels with the big gun. Then the other shootas are in ball turrets on the tail and below the big gun, with single shootas sticking out the sides. Big, bulky, ramshackle. Waaaagggghhhh.
