It would be horrible, boring and unbalanced.
We need to fit the nids into the epic ruleset, not the other way around.

I quite agree with Zombos statements.
The Tyrainds have suffered from a long and disparate development army list wise. We now have a new AC with a vice AC who are taking strong proactive action to kick start development again. Please support their drive by commenting on stuff that could be tweaked in their system, and play test their lists.
That's the main prerogative here - play test. Theorizing over new and unexplored sets of special rules without unit stats and army lists literally goes nowhere. If you want to test a new set of rules - get games going. Otherwise it's just speculation, not development.
