I have managed to resolve the issues with the blogs, but I had to make a few changes in order to do this. If you have already published one or more blog entries, please see this note:

Blogs are now back up and running, and I have additionally managed to resolve the text formatting issue that was causing trouble, so now your posts should show up formatted iin the way that you intend.
