Probably not an entire army, but probably a companys worth of large robots, the smaller chaps will be harder to pull off, may have a look at using evil elves heads as there helmets.

The drama with these golden guys they are only defensive as they never leave the palace

This is true, but a pre heresy army with that awesome pre golden throne emperor you sculpted would be pretty amazing.

The golden god guards and the gods turned out great, if you wouldn't have mentioned it I wouldn't have seen the orks in the 'family tree'.

Some new pictures of my recent hobby session, After doing the emps bodyguard i decided to add a few stands and see how they looked, After reading a bit more of the fluff I found a few things that came up a lot, the fact they fight in

Not to fiddly actually, the wig superglues straight on after removing a bit of the helmet to flat it out and the laser lances glue really well consisting of power hammer arm snapped of at widest point, cut down base/flag pole then the orky rifle glued to the end

Guns for E had ends cut off and debadged

Hi Guys,

Having got a bit of hobby time im pressing to get the large robot lizard company finished, After looking at my command stand i was not happy with it as it contained basically just a flag bearer and a priest, So to add a bit more colour and represent a decent command stand that will stand out from the rest of the green guys i set about cutting up minatures

The stand now contains tech, bits cut from gw mini, A medic, Custom bits added to add the gene extractor and a box on his shoulder, the priest as he was before, and a book keeper whos only change was the pistol
