I agree that best not to debate real life morality too strongly as so much is dependant upon perspective. And likewise within W40K it possible to see elements of good and evil in virtually every faction. In the Grim Dark there are no real good guys- all shades of grey whether you are talking Imperium, Eldar, Tau....
