E&C, what ever happened to the Macharius Hydra? Was it shot down? (No pun intended)

Currently doing a plastic scenery kickstarter

The ALLCAPS would be perfect for the role of ground AA for AdMech rather nicely; It's the same hull as the Macharius, and fits the theme of "Bigger and Heavier than thou" that the AdMech have going. Something like

WE DC2 / 15cm / 4+ RA / 6+ CC / 5+ FF / Missile Launcher 2x 60cm AP4+/AT5+/AA6+, 2x Hvy Bolter 30cm AP5+

Likewise, the CAPSLOCK seems perfect for a Mechanicus troop transport. It would work as a Minorus with assault pod and "fast", but it looks so much like a Macharius that it really ought to be based off of that - something like

WE DC2 / 25cm / 4+ RA / 6+ CC / 4+ FF / 4x Hvy Bolter 30cm AP5+ / Transport 6 (Praetorians count as 2)

They are not exactly Ordinatii, as they have heavier armour and no shields, but fulfills the same roles. Using Macharii instead of Ordinatii gives the force a more "regular army with bigger vehicles" feel, where the Ordinatii gives an "exotic tech" feel; I think it is to the benefit of the list if both flavours were possible.

On a related note, the more I consider the Chimedons the more I like them; They fit well into the same theme as "heavier, upgunned" light transports.

I worked up different stats here, with some justifications. I do feel 5+ FF on the Capslock and 6+ on the Allcaps are better, since the Capslock has 4 HBs and is definitly not twice as good in FF as the Leman Russ.

Capslock & Allcaps definitely have a place in a list somewhere (Perhaps a Cadian Mechanised Regiment list which could also use Macharius Tanks), but they're not suitable for the Mechanicus list I feel.

I realise that Gothic =/= Latin, but for the sake of readability, a few bits jump out.

Hugely simplified, but I hope it's helpful:

Singular ––– Plural
-ius (suffix) ––– - -ii (suffix)
-us ––– -i
-um ––– -a
-is ––– -a
-ex ––– -ices
-a ––– -ae
-eps ––– -ipes

Some common examples:
Singular ––– Plural
Skitarius ––– Skitarii
Macharius ––– Macharii
Ordinatus ––– Ordinati
Princeps ––– Principes
Moderatus ––– Moderati
Carnifex ––– Carnifices*
Haruspex ––– Haruspices*

e.g. a Skitarius Infantry Regiment compare: 'Rifleman Infantry Regiment' rather than 'Riflemen Infantry Regiment'.

A BIG HOWEVER
It all starts to look a bit 'arch' and pernickety if you're precise, so I'd advise avoiding the problem where possible for large groups of things and saying things like:
'Infantry Regiment of Skitarii'
'Macharius tanks' rather than 'Macharii'.


*Carnifexes and Haruspexes are also 'correct' in modern English – Compare 'Index: Indices/Indexes'.

E&C - with regards to the Ordinatus weapon selections (from War Gryphons) is it intended to allow the Titan Close Combat weapon option from the list? Going by the list the Titan Close Combat Weapon is noted as (Arm Only)... Did you want me to leave it or remove it?

Also, Is the Turbo Laser Destructor a Scout or Battle Titan Weapon? I'm a bit confused as to whether a Warhound can buy it?
Lastly have you thought about making the God Machines rule apply to the AD PDF? I reckon it should apply. Afterall, why would the AD PDF not worship the Titans still?
