Anyone ever done one of those suckers up? I see one in the Epic:Siege book, but I don't know if that's a conversion or not. Does anyone even have a Krieg army that uses one? Is there any interest?

It's a conversion. 1-2 would be cool as a Krieg player, but it might be a bit specialist to be worth it.

Well, interestingly enough, in looking at the model, it is based off the Centaur chassis. So it wouldn't be too big or complicated, and that means something could be done up that could be easily replicated in resin... Just thinking...

I've been trying to get hold of the Raiders and Siege books, but neither E&C and Mosc have been able to help me, sadly...
Can anyone provide a picture of said drill?

Aren't they available as PDFs? At any rate, the real thing is on Forgeworld's site. I'll have to put up the pic from Siege later, as I don't have a copy handy.

Yeah, the FW one looks cool. Was wondering about the epic conversion, cheers BM. Don't think Siege is available as PDF though, have the Raiders PDF.

Cheers AoC, must have overlooked the Siege link. Still would be nice to have the printed versions.

It's a shame they don't seem to be being produced anymore. Perhaps try having a favourite search on ebay, they do very occasionally pop up on there.

I might have acquired a copy of Siege from a fellow forum member. I'll keep tabs on eBay as always! Cheers,

I would like 2 -3 but probably dont have the modelling skills necessary to do a good job. A resin replica would be great.

Under Imperial Armour Apocalypse Vol.1 they can actually be taken by any Guard army as an Elite Choice provided that they are used with Veteran Squads. Not only that in standard 40k they are actually an Elites choice under these rules as this book refers to both Apoc and standard 40k. So no longer are they only a Krieg only item. I field them in 28mm (40k). Sorry I know you are refering to siege but thought it might be of interest.

With epic list development we prefer to keep rare units to the lists that iconically use them; in this case the Kreig.
