I think we're already at this point however. I can name three people who have no desire to post on the boards anymore.

And that is possibly the worst thing. For every person that says that they are unhappy, there are several who are but dont say it. The fact that we have had a few people leave means to me that there are many others who either have left and not announced it, or are close to doing so. I can only say that I do take this very seriously, and that I am prepared to take steps to bring the boards back to the friendly atmosphere that we used to have here, but that I do need to be informed of issues as soon as they arise. If anyone who is unhappy is reading this, has anything specific that they would like to discuss, or who has any comments or suggestions, then please do drop me a PM in confidence. I would like to know the scale of the problem, as well. Thanks.
