It seems that the EPIC trend is 1x pinpoint attack per 2 lances and 3bp per 6 strength of WB. If you follow the BFG stats for the Ark, that would give it something like 2x pinpoint attacks and a 5BP MW barrage. It's a battleship so you have to keep the slow and steady rule which means it comes in turn 3. Now tell me, if it was priced more than the gothic (no turn restriction, no barrage) would you ever bother with it over the gothic? For that matter, bargain or now, when was the last time you regularly took a gothic with AMTL?

Spaceship should stay. All lists have them and most Epic Player have a matching BFG Fleet I would assume so models isn't really a issue I think. As for cost? I think all Spaceships Firepower/Costs/Rules needs a ERC Review.

As for the Reaper and Mole Mortars. I like the idea of having some sort of support weapons options for the Skittles but would rather see something that fit better and/or something with a actual model, the list has enough models that you need to Proxy/Create/Steal/Conjurer etc

Space ships while not exactly usefull with two HUGE templates that you have to pre measure before game are still a surprise for your opponent when you decide to position the templates on one of the opponents objectives on his side of the table. Though its still random if you are going to hit anything. I've used them once or twice to varying effect. When it comes to spending 300 points or even 150, I'm probably gonna take something more useful unless i KNOW my opponent has war engines of any kind.
Then it would only be the Gothic (have one and i have the last imperial BB that came out, the all lance battery BB) I'd probably be proxying that thing and only play it in a large game.

Still,, i think out of completion it needs to be in the list. I just wish BP starships would be cheaper due to the randomness of their killer template. its a lot of points for a one shot, maybe you dont even get near your opponents troops kind of weapon.....

Just to clarify, I'd rather see just the gothic available since I don't see how the Ark can be made useful inside the parameters that space craft seem to follow for stats without duplicating the gothics role and doing it worse.

I'm going to get the next revision up very soon, introducing the Chimedon, the Chimera variant using a Conqueror Cannon.

A random thought:
Could the Gorgon be deleted, and its function replaced with Ordinati using Corvus Assault Pods?
Any Ordinatus carrying a Corvus Assault Pod would gain +5cm speed.

I think it could be a useful addition, but I thought that the gorgon had some hard fluff behind it's use by the AdMech.

Yes it does.

However a transport Minoris could be proxied with a Gorgon model and it's all good again. :)

wait a minit... :) doesn't the transport minorus have different stats than the gorgon though? Is there a problem with having both? I think they would each have uses.

The stats are somewhat different, yes, but I'd say they're close enough that the Gorgon can be removed so that we can concentrate on the Minoris vehicles.

People can still use Gorgon models as excellent Proxies for Transport Ordinatus Minori.

I'd personally like that; I have a nice and easy Minorus pattern going that can easily be adapted to be troop carriers. On a more general note, I think it would look good if the same basic hull could be used for both Minorii and heavy transports.

Also I've changed my mind. Going from the cost of the Corvus Ordinatus, it needs to be 30cm rather than 20cm.

So, you are going to introduce the Chimedon, but leave the Chimera off the list?

I like the idea of a Ordinatus being able to take a Corvus Assault Pod, but keep the Gorgon, please.
