They incredibly detailed for 6mm, If he hand sculpted these hats of to the man as its sterling work, There are quite a few people selling these sort of things on fleabay and charging crazy money and people pay it aswell as its bespoke, There has been for a long while some chaps selling 28mm custodes, god of mankind etc at nearly £70 per mini and they sell And they sell loads aswell

Not sure if GW will ever take offence to it, but at the end of the day more the fool GW for not seeing the gap in the market and sculpting things like these themselves when there are people out there pre paired to pay good money.

6mm i would like to think it would not threaten there main customer base and leave these people alone, especially as they dont support it anymore, if they came out with a new range it would be a different matter but its never going to happen

Some people there in France are saying they could be some FW unreleased recasted minis. I do not remember having seen anywhere in the past such minis, could someone could confirm (or not) they have been sculpted for (or by) the ebay seller ?

Definitely nothing to do with FW.
