Does anybody have any idea of what the two blue vehicles are? I have included a plastic rhino for size comparison. They are metal and have the code KPT89 underneath them. They appear to be incomplete as the cradle on them looks like it would hold something. Any ideas?

That is a rocket launcher from the V-Rocs faction of the old Mega Force toy line. Probably some of the coolest toys ever, and largely responsible for my love of the smaller scales.
