Final lot for now, Lot #8

Tallarn IG army.

Also a very old army with some varying quality, but overall I'd say that most stuff is high tabletop standard. Again, it is probably more fun to sell it as a single batch for the uniformity and mass effect, but I might be persuaded to split it up if I get some good offers :)

You get:

3x Shadowswords
3x Stormhammers
3x Stormblades
4x Baneblades
3x Stormswords
3x Hydras
6x Deathstrikes
6x Rhinos
9x Manticores
3x Bombards
3x Whirlwinds
9x Basilisks (3 E40k, 6 FW)
3x Hellhounds
6xChimeras
1x Salamander
9x Leman Russ
9x LR Conquerors
3x LR Demolsihers
3x LR Vanquishers
3x LR Exterminators (conversions)
8x Sentinels
6x Rocket Infantry
4x Ogryns
8x Field Artillery
9x Bikes
39x IG stands including HQ and commisars
4x Sappers
6x Marauder Bombers
3x Thunderbolts
3x Marauder Destroyers (mk1 Marauders)
+ A few other odds and ends ;)

Crikey, are you selling off all your models old chap? It would sad to see you get out of epic completely!

I collect Ultramarines in epic myself and I’ve always wondered how the chapter would look, impressive work!

I’ve posted a large quantity of Grey Knights and Tau to people recently and my preferred method involves small strips of strong double-sided gel sellotape (search for 180623119503 on eBay to see the stuff I mean), which I stick the models down to the base of a disposable plastic food storage container like you might get with a takeaway. It’s a little extra work for the person at the other end to freeing them by scissoring the box away and carefully peeling away the sellotape (I normally write a note explaining) but the models stay in place during their transit without touching anything or breaking (no-ones let me know of any damaged ones yet anyway).

Hehe. Cheers Glyn. No, don't worry. I still got my Cadian and Krieg armies as well as enough unpainted models for a third army (not to mention Exodus Wars stuff), so I'm not running out of lead any time soon ;)

Thanks for the tip regarding the Grey Knights! I'll definitely try that out!

Oh to have a big bucket of money
Don't accept anything but top dollar for your stuff especially that custom imperator
If I had the bucks I would make you an offer
Good luck with your sale

Cheers WMN

It´s sad to see the models/army sold
which got me back into game
I knew your Tallarn army first
when I read your 12.000 Points Netepic battlereport IG vs ORKS
I still have a color print of it somewhere

I would sell the grey knights on e-bay
they get awsome prices and these ones are top painted too

Hey guys. Thanks again for the interest. I hope I've replied to everybody by now :) Well some of the replies have been a bit vague ,but as you can imagine, pricing these things hasn't been particularly easy :) I'll keep you updated on the situation.

Found another little thing that people might want. (SOLD)

This time a box of BFG bits.

There's enough bits to build a nice Chaos and Imperial fleet and a load of nice gubbins to convert with. Apart from the cruiser hulls, the 6 Iconoclasts, 3 Infidels, Repulsive Grand Cruiser and Despoiler Battleship, you get 10 complete Chaos weapon spures, 10 partial Imperial weapon spures (missing weapon batteries) and a load of loose weapon bits (including most of the weapon batteries removed from the Imperial spure).
I'd prefer to sell as a lot or, if I have to split it up, as Chaos and Imperial bits respectively. But really: Most bits could be used for both fleets if you plan on doing some converting.

I keep telling you L4, we gotta assemble a team. That is too much lead for any one man to own :p.

Hi!

That's assuming you can penetrate its triple wards and defensive grid. ;D

I'm waiting for them to come in so I can take some pictures and run a battle or two. Its been years since my last ones and there are forum members whom need to experience the glory of the "primarchload". ;)
