Man, I wish I could hop over for this one. Heading to England in June so the Minister for finance and entertainment will probably put the khybosh on this one.

There’s a good chance I’ll be working in Christchurch for three months this summer (I’m in structural engineering, in San Francisco, and my firm is in negotiations to go help out). I don’t have any armies ready – still in the “just starting” phase – but it’s great to hear there’s an Epic community there!

By “summer” I mean winter. Mid-May to mid-August. But it’s not certain yet. If it happens soon enough, this tournament could be the first thing I go see!

Well, I haven't made it over yet. 2-3 weeks from now... our host company thought we wouldn't need work visas but they changed their minds. Still looking forward to it though! I'll bring some stuff to paint, but I'll need to buy some primer and other tools there.

Cool look forward to having you along carlisimo :) We have Christchurch city officials visiting San Francisco at the moment to get some ideas about rebuilding and the like.


I've added more photos to the page for Apoc and any others who can't see Facebook, plus army lists up now, though some still approximate.
