Listing something rare at £75 and sticking at that price until it sells is an entirely different business model to listing something you bought last week at 99p and taking advantage of people mistakenly believing it's no longer in production. Strange that you think the first is less acceptable than the second, but to each their own! If the seller doesn't know/suggest that the models are OOP then I would agree with you.
Personally I have no real problem with either - both add value (making things available that people either can't buy or don't know that they can buy). Without these sellers, people simply would not get the models they want, when they want them. I personally would draw the line at lying about the availability of the model (which elsmore is not doing - he says they aren't available to buy on the website, which is true) but that's just my perspective. To be safe I would probably either be totally honest and say they're available over the phone, or not mention it at all. Again, just my perspective and I don't mean to be judgemental or offend anyone.
The point I was making in my previous post was just that if I were selling items using either of the above business models then I wouldn't be attacking others for doing something similar, is all

In any case, for all I know he wasn't even selling Warhounds at the time of the post.
