Kasrkin: why make them different than Storm Troopers? That's what they are.
Colossus Bomb: I was actually thinking along the lines of 15cm BP3, TK(1), Slow Loading. 250pts. That way they'd be able to be used in anti-WE work, at which point they'd average 1/6 of the DC (5+ to hit on half DC), or against Infantry in fortifications (also at 5+, the cover save is ignored but the mod counts)
I'd even consider dropping Slow Loading at that point. It would be impossible to vape a WE like with a Deathstrike, since the max you'd get was half DC. A consequence of adding Slow loading to the Colossus Bomb is that the Bomber activates at 2+ on T1. On T2 it stands down and clears all BMs. T3 it activates on a 2+ again. The BMs for coming under AA fire are irrelavent, in effect.
