In da Navy
Sometimes when inspiration calls you have to answer.
This time inspiration called for naval crafts and after a raid on my bitsbox this is what came out

I present to you Ork Royale

Obviously paint is not done yet but I had to share her with somebody. Because I really like this boat.

Obviously it is primarily useful when playing a special scenario with some kind of water. But I think rules wise I am going with the same rules as a Gunfortress but with the transport capacity of a Battlefortress, that way it can transport a warband of orks up river.

I'm trying to place them all myself. The plastic ones are all from the E40K Gunwagonz. The guys on the back of the Krawla are from the current Buggies and Skorchas set. The towers on the Krawla are Wierdboy Battletowers. The metal arms on the Mega Gargant are from the old 40k Killa Kan. I think most of the rest are from various Battle and Gunfortresses, though some could be 40k, particularly the rounded one on the Krawla.

Perhaps we should play a game of "Name that bit!" I had something like that planned for the Krawla with a prize and everything. But you guys kinda jumped the gun a bit.

But lets have a go anyway. The one who can name the most bits on the Krawla and Mega Gargant by monday night, is going to win a fabuloustastic prize painted up by me.

I don't know where all the bits come from...
What I do know is that this thread is OUTSTANDING!

Keep up the brilliant work Nuglug.

No you are on! I am painting up the prize as I type. Well not right now, but when I am done typing I'll resume painting.

I want to know what tracks you used for the Krawla? I can guess its 40K, but what kit is it off? I'm still desprately hunting for some tracks that I can use for my mobile fortress :(

Very nice conversions. I love the Mega gargant. The original just looks so boring as there are so many of them.
