So...after de-railing someone else's thread regarding em4 Miniatures' mechs (and some positive feedback ) I've decided to start a blog on here.
I've been a long time lurker on Taccom and love what the community is coming up with to inject fresh blood (so to speak) into the Epic Armageddon rules...especially the Adeptus Mechanicus rules that have been posted so far.

So with that in mind I'm going to slowly build up an Ad Mech force starting with the "War Gryphons" list for titans, because...well...titans are cool.

Anyhoo, enough random gibbering from me, onto the pictures.

Sorry, got disconnected before I could ACTUALLY post the pics of what's on my workbench...

em4 "chicken walker" styled mech converted to be a drop ship/Aircraft thingy.

I was going to use it as a "counts as" Marauder bomber...but have since made this:


And the other one:


...and think that this makes a better representation for the Marauder, whereas the first one could be my Thunderbolt "counts as".

I've also started work on these:



They are the smallest mechs that em4 do...and seem perfect for Forge Knights, so that is what they shall be!

I've also started on my Warhound "counts as" based on the middle-sized em4 mech:


He'll have a chiral twin to accompany him into sticky situations...
I'll also be adding 2 with double Inferno Guns, and 4 with Plasma Blastguns + Vulcan Bolters

And just to round things off:



An eBay-rescued Reaver Titan...it is a PiP and has since had Carapace Multi-lasers added but I'm fairly happy with the colour scheme, just needs to be tidied up and have some details added...oh and based lol.

Now I just need to come up with a name for the Legio...where they're from...names for the titans...and some background.
And to paint...

Back to work I go then.

Thanks I appreciate the encouragement, it's such a simple conversion but looks really good (even if I do say so myself ).

Just need to do his base now...need to decide on how I'll be basing everything I guess...

And a WiP Warlord:


He's armed with a Plasma Cannon, Plasma Destructor, Volcano Cannon and Support Missile...I can also have him with Fire Control and Carapace Multi-lasers due to the upgraded bits
Still need to construct bracing for the Support Missile and do a few other detail additions.

I've got these kits and I have to say you're being brilliantly creative with them, do you have a shot of the leftie gatling blaster on the second titan. I've been eyeing that conversion up for a while now but not sure how to tie it all together.

Sorry for teh delay in getting pics up...been a rather hectic few days.

For ceimeifukan:




The leftie Gatling Blaster is the Volcano Cannon cut down (to shorten the armoured section so that it looks like the right one) with the Gatling Blaster barrel from the other titan (with the Plasma Destructor) pinned in place.
I'll be adding some Green Stuff to fix the barrel/gun arm continuity, but that's pretty much it.
Interestingly...I've actually managed to get both of the Gatling Blasters to be the same length

Not got the pics up for the Marauders and Thunderbolts yet as I want to re-take them...something went wierd with the capture and the highlights/washes/general colour came out wrong...so bear with me.
In the meantime:
