My photography is crap but this will have to do - I had to butcher the first pic in photoshop just to get a non blurred version as I was stupidly using the macro lens for the group shot *shakes head*.

I made a new years resolution to paint another 4000 points of World Eaters this year and January has started off very well indeed.

January sees me putting these into the 'Finished Pile' -:

Doom Blasters (Khorne Support Engines): 275 points

They do not look as shiny in real life.


And here is the Banelord: 800 points

This was a pink and red monstrosity that I bought for $20. I stripped it, converted some skulls on it (thanks Apoc for your help with the 'carpet o' skulls' - I also made many of my own as well), and then spent some gruelling days with paint and glue. At this stage I am not going with any banners. I may update it with chains etc. but that is something that I can look at once the rest is painted.

Once again, these were the best shots I could take with the shitty lighting. I really need to make a light box.

So far that is 1075 points.

2925 points to go.

Bring on February... :)

Although this is not worth any points towards TOEG, I made the first of 3 objective markers for the force.

Once again a big thanks to Apoc for the 'carpet o' skulls' which this relied heavily upon.

These took me longer to put together than it took me to strip, model and paint the Banelord! What I did learn however for any future ones is that Pro-create is my friend :)

After a serious case of CBF for the end of Feb, I was able to pull it together enough to get another 100 points towards the tally.

Here is OENOMAUS, Daemon Prince and his small retinue Bassus (terminator armour) and Praetux (Daemonic Visage)

I have come up 50 points short this month, however rather than rush one through, I will just add it to next months total.

So, 2475 points to go to meet my new years resolution.
