Yeah, I've seen this seller before. I have a hard time deciding if there is intentional deception going on.

On the one hand, 90+% of the auctions are 40K-scale and then there are a few Epic scale tucked in.

On the other hand, the description and pictures are quite clear - descriptions reference Epic and/or AI, including in the listing title, and the pics clearly have standard GW stands, AI stands and other obvious scale references to anyone who's spent any time at all around the hobby. Some have bold, all-caps, red text referring to Epic.

Many of the Epic scale models go for somewhat normal prices. Others, like these, seem pretty clearly to be a case of people mistaking them for the 40K scale. I just can't decide if that's the lister's fault or if it's just a case of people ignoring caveat emptor and bidding blind.
