It would make sense as a fortification piece. The tank would be set up to work like a gun emplacement, that is as much as a deterrent as anything else.

Only it is mobile and could be relocated for another battle/siege/campaign. It is hard to imagine it competing with the Hellhound as an assault flaming tank, but it could use some completely different tactics.

Agreed; the full complement of electrically armoured heavies are top of my 'most keen to see models for' list, probably followed by scout ones and their flying bumpercar.

A decent proxy for this could be converted without too much difficulty from a Valdafloor, the SWR weapon hacked apart to remove the middle barrel, a trailer from an Ork Scorcha and a few bits of plastic rod.

I don't actually think it is an inferno gun; this only has two barrels, not three. I reckon it's either a twin-linked inferno cannon (odd naming convention with the two) or a new weapon.

While the fuel tank is small it is of a comparable size to the one on the crocodile so if it was feasible in real life there (which I think I saw somewhere had 80 1-second bursts) then it could be feasible here (you could also assume stronger metal plus more compressable and explosive fuel).
