Greetings from the NetERC and the NetEA Project!

Please find attached the 2010 Draft of the Chaos Army section of the NetEA Army Book. Please examine this document for typos, inconsistencies, and unclearness, or any other issues you may feel need to be resolved before final release. I do not have full names for either Frogbear or BlackLegion, so I need those for their lists.

Thanks for the awesome work you are placing into this project. Unsung hero.

Just a quick run of the document brought these up:

Document Itself
- Is missing the Frenzied rule


World Eaters List:
-pg. 9 All Skull Lords replaced with Chaos Space Marine Lord - was this just to save room? I just feel it loses a little flavour by changing this even though the stats are the same.
- pg. 9 World Eaters Terminators should state One World Eaters Skull Lord character upgrade and four to eight World Eaters Terminator units.
- pg. 9 World Eaters Terminators should cost 350 first 4 units +75 per extra unit
- pg. 9 Auxillery Formations should state: "Up to four Auxiliary Formations may be included in the army for each World Eaters Berserker Retinue selected."
- pg. 9 World Eater Bikers do not have EA+1
- pg. 9 Keeper of Chains states "Add an Icon Bearer to a unit in the formation ", should be "Add an Keeper of Chains to a unit in the formation
- pg. 9 Keeper of Skulls states "Add a Champion of Chaos to a unit in the formation ", should be "Add an Keeper of Skulls to a unit in the formation
- pg. 9 Keeper of Skulls Stats are missing (I guess you are referring people back to the Chaos Icon?)
- pg. 9 World Eaters Battle Barge should have an Initiative rating of 1+

Emperor's Children
- pg. 10 Degenerate States Champion of Chaos. Same deal as the Keeper of Skulls above?

Just sent Steve a PM about the Harbinger.

I still believe it can come down to 400 points. Any reduction from it's current cost to make it a viable option would be a good thing.

World Eaters List: Defiler Engines should be initiative 2+ as well

This will be a generalized special rule, so it will show up at the start of the document, like Expendable and such.

As this is not a "supplement", but an army compendium, units with the same stats will be given their "generic" names for the most part, to save space and to avoid confusion. In supplements it's fine to use "flavour" names.

Correct. They are normal Chaos Bikers. Now you can save even more room! :D

Can I please place in a clarification on the costing for the Khorne: Daemon Assault Engines in the STIGMATUS COVENANT CULTIST CHAOS ARMY LIST (pg8).

With the Defilers going down to 250 points, I believe it was decided that the Khorne: Daemon Assault Engines were to drop to 250 points. In comparison they are not worth the 300 points with Defilers at 250 points.

The World Eaters costings for these were also based purely on the Defilers dropping to 250 points with Init 2+

Keeper of Chains does not have the same stat line as the Icon Bearer (KoC does not have Leader) and already has a seperate stat line in the list itself, so Icon Bearer is confusing when attempting to determine which you get for the 25 points.

Regarding the Traitor Warhound: It has Inspiring as part of it's special abilities because it has a Dirge Caster. Thinking of this that i initially made it +50pts before the Space Marine's Warhound's points increase the Traitor Warhound should cost 350pts too.

As for Initiative:
Red Corsairs have no "Faction" rule.
All formations have Initiative 1+.
Chaos Navy and Daemon Engines have Initiative 2+.

Thwe rest of the list looks fine :) Thank you for your wotrk Chroma :)
