200 War Walkers
100 Rangers (4)
50 Wraithgate

In a round about way. If they are indeed 'overpowered' I ought to sweep all before me, including Steve's 'unfluffy' Marines with all those Warhounds, TBolts, THawks and terminators :)

In practice, I doubt I will even reach the top half of the players - though to be fair that will be due to taking War Walkers and a 'gate rather than the more appropriate Falcons - or more likely, because of my usual dice rolling :D

There was talk of there being a 15% discount at Maelstrom during the last tournament. Just had the email this morning saying there's a Christmas discount of 16% off RRP in effect on all their stuff, with these exceptions:

"- not on any Seeds of War items
- not on any Too Fat Lardies items
- not on any Games Workshop Direct items
- not on any event tickets
- and additionally, not on anything within our eBay store."

I fail to see how my SM are more unfluffy than a biel-tan army with minumum aspects and spammed bikes.

To be fair to Ginger he could be using his Eldar as Saim-Hann, no? Shining spears, mechanized Guardians, lots of bikes. The experimental Saim-Hann is not tourney-legal AFAIK so fair play to him. The Void Spinner would be unfluffy though :)

Indeed, there's a big difference between "fluffy" and "balanced".

The old "Scout Marine Drop Pod spam" list style could easily have been argued to be a really "fluffy" 10th company army style... but it was also completely OTT b0rked.
