Great job with the conversions & the Decimators are ace!

Nice color scheme. Less garish = good. 8)

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Some more WIP pics:

defilers censored

Then, we have a daemon prince, Ziggy Stardust, and an as yet unnamed greater daemon:

Finally, some discs without riders for lesser daemons. These will be the generic beasts, and slaaneshed-out with a bit of a pink-themed paintjob. What army is complete without appropriately-colored dice?

Some actual painting completed this weekend:
These guys, "Charlotte" and "Itsy-bitsy" the copper arachnids, are quickly becoming a couple of my favorite models. Here they are with layers of pink blotches, red washes, and clear coats:

And then, black applied to the areas that will be painted metal. The plates will be edged in gold, the blades and guns silver, then both with a coat of black wash to tone it down a bit.

Some progress on Charlotte and Itsy-Bitsy:
Painted the silver and gold metal parts, then applied badab black to the silver. I-B has devlan mud wash on the gold. I'm going to apply a highlight to gold and silver parts also.

Those planes in the background are marauders with GHQ bombs. Yes, in the grim darkness of the 41st millennium, they still have green-painted paveways and mk82s... ;)

The brown and black washes definitely add some line definition on IB. What's with that really bright line on his right claw though where it meets the arm? Lighting trick or did the wash not go there?

Would be nice to see a pic of the entire army together.

Great work.
