If you do go E&C, by my reckoning there's at least another four championship points in it for you. 8 if you take your guard. Not to be sniffed at!

Alternately take your lovely orks, and you'll surely beat my modest wdl ratio and become top ork player for this year (so long as Tim doesn't bring his freaks again)

I don't take my Guard to EUK events anymore.
So it'd be Orks, Marines, Black Legion CSM, or Guard proxied as L&TD.

The latter two would get me extra championship points, but stand me in no stead to take home a "Best Painted" trophy though.

My Marines are lovely and haven't been widely seen yet so with a few touch-ups they'd have a good shot at Best Painted, but on the other hand I just finished scratchbuilding some new Ork unit types and it'd be fun to turn up with those...

...yeah, I'm probably gonna come.

Been thinking about taking Orks or Guard as I now have no chance of catching Joe in the overal championship. However it would mean that the army that I was planning on taking won't have been played this year.

Completely irrelevant but everyone that attends is awarded a bonus championship point.

So with a new race everyone is on 5 points before any game is played.

And as a slight tease we hope to have some rather spiffy trophies for this years event.

Don't forget ticket sales close on the 7th November as we have to confirm numbers with Maelstrom.

20 players entered now making this the largest field for a season ending GT.

Yep, me and Darren will be there: sleeping in the car to save costs!
