I might just be very confused (entirely possible i have a terrible memory for trades) but i think you may have mistaken me for someone else. Most of my robots (cataphracts and conquerers) were obtained via ebay 2 years ago, the only person ive traded robots with on taccom has been Ulric.

Obsidian guard painted. Elite sneaky scouts with bright orange guns, yes well at least it camos with the lava. these guys really annoyed me as i could not make them match my paint scheme (do everything with dull metal, then pick out in orange and gold) so i left a lot of the black... due to laziness for stealth!

Objective will be an ammo dump, although i have yet to even build it. Eager to start building the zigganook, but i want to get my slave/gladiator minis first to go with it, so i will probably build my EoH next.

Also stuck on the bikers. I've got EW trikes to use, but the minis just don't grab me

They're great Apoc. Smokin' short dudes.

If there was only one small criticism I have it's that they kinda get a bit lost in the background of their bases, so you don't get to see the models so clearly - being the same colours. It might be a trick of the photography though.

That army is coming together nicely Apoc. Very good.

With the time spent creating the list, and seeing you and Onyx enjoy building your armies, I know that the time was well spent.

Can't wait to see what you start doing with the Zigganook and slaves.

Agreed. It is not as bad as my black legion on black bases but still not great. In the flesh, as it were, the metallic edge helps to add more definition, but it is a particular problem with the obsidian guard who are just black. I'm just gonna claim camouflage again

Well, it had been about 3 weeks since i last had time to touch a paint brush and this weekend was my only chance to get stuff done for this month's TOEG. So i took the easy route and painted a pair of war engines to get some fast points, still only 450pts, but better than 0

These are mechanical chicken-narwhals, or as the list would have it, Rezahk. Originally mining platforms, the Rezahk have been weaponised by the chaos squats, who employ the seismic Zhatara Cannon, usually used to shatter rocks, to take out enemy amour.


minis are privateer press grundback gunners with enlarged feet, graviton blasters made from exodus wars spare parts, and, well...i think you can tell what the main cannon is made from
