I now found out why i was under the impression that the Hell Talon had only 1 BP and wondered bout the current 2BP.
It is because originally the Helltalon had 1BP Ignore Cover.
So was the drop of Ignore Cover and the increase to 2BP intentional?

I thought this was brought up a little while ago and agreed that it was 1BP and IC.

If it is different in a list, I would assume that it is a typo.

i thought it was 2bp, because 1bp in a fixed formation of 2 fr that price is useless..

It was originally 1bp ignore cover, but frankly that was completely useless and noone was taking them, so it was upped to 2bp. It should still be ignore cover though.

uh, well that's not to my recollection Zombo.

All of my playtesting has been at 1bp with ignores cover, with which they've performed superbly.

So 2bp from a formation of bombers. 2bp? That's rubbish however you look at it, and the reason noone takes them. Hellblades are better at ground attack than that.

My recollection of you testing them is that you found them useless and noted that the hellblades were always going to be a better choice.

Personally, I take Hellbades for the formation of 3 to get through opponent AA for a ground attack.

It is not a case of them being rubbish IMO, but rather Hellblades are a better option for what I need in that specific army. If I was taking a Black Legion force, I may consider Hall Talons as an option.

If they were 2BP or 2BP+IC, it would just make me happier than usual :D
