DaVE is anyone bringing TAU or Squats? i dont want to bring an army that is already being played. Matt wants me to play tau but the rules might change 2 to 3 times brfore the tournament.

that's generous. 2 to 3 times during the game might be more accurate. And there'll be hell to pay if you think anything's overpowered (or even good), because that's patently impossible.

I believe this is the place where people who are too scared to come to Canada to play EPIC are posting about stuff... ;D

I thought Canada was the 52nd state? You're trying to tell me it's a sovereign country with a Queen as head of state? How odd..

Stop hijacking the thread. It has a very narrow and well-defined purpose: discussing NEAT III.5; army lists; griping about list development; discussing the weather; children's playdates; the busy nature of Real Life; how great it would be if the nature of time and space were different, enabling one to attend said tourney; building gaming tables; and luring friends to dungeon-esque basement lairs for extracurricular "activities".

No Tau at the moment, DS and ePilgrim are the only ones who might bring Squats. The former will probably go with AM if I had to guess though, and the latter isn't coming I believe.

Dave is correct; I won't be playing Squats. I normally don't mind using unpainted minis, but for tournaments I prefer to play a fully painted army.

yea dave, i'll just roll before the game. unless people are sick of seeing necrons then i'll play orks, or vice versa. i'm just trying to bring something that you might not be playing against week in and week out (ie imperial guard)

I wouldn't mind a rematch against your Necrons.

I'd be keen to play against Necrons, I've only ever played with them on Vassal, so it'd be neat to see some proper models in action.

How is it that a man with the pseudonym DWARF SUPREME doesn't have a painted Squat army?

And for everyone's information, we in the States refer to our Canada as our Subsidiary, not a State. >:D

Excellent question. I wish I had a snappy comeback. ;D Part of the problem was that it took me forever to decide on a color scheme. Everything is primed and some things are painted, but not nearly enough to field a complete painted army.

LOL.......LOL

Well Puerto Rico is a territory with many rights and no taxes. I think Canada is more like conquered land that we haven't wasted the resources to call it a territory. Kinda like England and France, there just a good roadblock for the Brits. ;D
