Errr, if I run something I doubt I'll be able to sort it for Jan.

Feel free to take the Jan slot, unless any of the Bristol crew want to keep the winter warmer running down in Bristol?

Steve, you could always run FSA in London in February . . .

As for the other possible dates, I would still suggest running them 7th/8th May and/or 11th/12th June to keep them ~4 weeks from the other events in April and July.

I agree with the 1 day event, this has always been the preferred option to avoid accomodation costs. Should we abandon the 'Sunday event' altogether?

I think we should see what interest there is before dropping it out of hand. If it can't meet 8 interested parties then it should be dropped, or at least made "informal".
