While I finish off the terminators, here is the start on the Terminator Skull Lord Stand.

The base I propose will have:

1 x Skull Lord with Power Axe (or Daemon Weapon)
1 x Terminator with Daemon Head, Combi Bolter and Lightning Claws
1 x Terminator with Daemon Head and Storm Hammer

Here is the start of this endeavor:

The mini that will be used for the base of the Storm hammer:

..and the closed fist I will be using to hold the weapon(s) as well as the 'Dremel' modified axe off a Minotaur

I love finding uses for minis that would otherwise sit there gathering dust...

I have had hiccups with the Skull Lord base.

Glue going where it should not of
Things getting cut with a slip of the knife which should not have been cut
Tissue somehow ending up glued to one of the models.

Normally it would be easier to start the base again however I am going to persist and force more conversion work to cover up the errors or just fix them with some time and patience. If anything, it's a learning experience and I could no doubt just redo another base at a later time...

:) No, I stupidly picked up a tissue to clean off the plastic glue. I have spent time shaving or dremeling the tissue off some places and full-on replacing other bits - such as the face :P
