I don't need much so this might not be worth the postage:

15 Terminators
30 Berzerker
4 Heavy weapon guys
6 Regular marines

Give me a shout if you win the auction and you have that stuff left-over.

As a suggestion, you should specify WHO wins the auction for the "team". Wouldn't want to start a bidding war between sharing buyers...

Well what would be the top of the price? I'm willing to back it to 150, anyone willing to take the risk over that? 150 is about 3/5 of the price new currently.

At this point I'm looking at needing mostly daemons and cultists. The break down is:

100 Cultists
40 Plague Bearers
40 Flamers of Tzeentch

As far as I can see these are the potentials :

1. Apoc
2. TRC
3. Helge
4. Frogbear
5. Dobbsy
6. Man of Kent

I would be happy for an estimate to be done on the order if we win.

Now it could get messy with trying to break the lot down fairly so I think we could do a UK/AUS split - probably a 50/50 (??) - counting MoK as AUS

Then any excesses can be swapped, retained or onsold as the countries desire.... that fair? Afterall, any postage for swaps later on will be letter sized so postage is negligible.

I am happy to take this to PM stage now... Apoc?

It would also be good to place values on the items.

Probably similar to the below

Value
Terminator = 3
Chaos Marine = 1
Champion = 1.25
Chaos Cultist = 1
Marine Heavy Weapon = 0.75
Noise Marine = 1.5
Khorne Berserkers = 2

The above is just for an idea. I am sure we could get it better than that.

Also, no doubt Chaos Orc will be looking at that auction and possibly this thread. Can we please take it to PM and discuss our max bid.
