Updated Army Champions

Hello everyone,

I'd like to announce and welcome Rug as the new Imperial Guard Army Champion.

Also, Moscovian has been formally appointed the Necron Army Champion after having performed as the de facto champion in an able fashion for quite a long time.

Thanks to both for all the work they've put in so far and have agreed to continue.


(The sticky AC list has been updated as well.)

Mosc.l, I have some Necron changes that absolutely need to be made. I'll e-mail them to you so you can get them in for Raiders 2.0.1.
