I added some "Trophies" to the back of this Turret ... The heads might still be in them !? This turret came without weapons so I "kitbashed" some ... I raided the Bitz box for the hull & sponsons ... and added some "Trophies" to this turret ...

I like them. I wasn't anticipating liking the Monkey turrets on the newer-model chassis (I designed it more based on the older chassis) but now I think I like them either way.

Yes ... either set of turrets look good to me ... I'll be getting one of each type turret and one of each type sponson. IIRC, there is one hull, 2 Otter Turrets, 2 Monky Turrets and 4 sponson weapons types. I'm not sure what the 4 sponson weapons are ? Hvy Bolter is one ... Oh here's what Otter said - 1 hull
4 turret types - freemer streamlined, freemer monkey, cannon streamlined, cannon monkey
4 sponson types - freemer exposed, freemer chunky monkey, rivetter exposed, rivetter chunky monkey

There are rivetter and freemer versions in both monkey and 'modern' styles. That's a lot of sponsons.

I love the shoulder pads idea L4! I'm just not sure I like the heads. I can't really make out what they are, so across a table they might just end up looking like coloured blobs.

Well ... I had some figures I got in a trade and the the only things that were salvagable were the Helmets & S/Pads ... So even if my opponent can't see the helms ... I know they are there ...
