I dunno, it is quite a tall vehicle. Also, many modern battletaxis have reasonably centrally-mounted turrets:

Granted, these are designed for smaller squad sizes (six to eight men), but they are smaller and lower vehicles than the OTTER APC/IFV, so that I can see around a dozen men fitting into one. Also, I don't think that soldier comfort is high on the agenda in in the 41st Millennium, so if it's a bit cramped for the grunts, that's fine too!

Overall, I like the OTTER APC/IFV rather a lot - good job guys!

Here are the turret possibilities:
1) Multifreemer only.
2) Multifreemer and microwave cooker.
3) Multifreemer, microwave cooker, and autocannon.

The flamer and spewer variants will have to wait for the chassis with barrels
