Progress? Not really. I am somewhat broke at the moment (due to being such a generous guy and it being christmas). Maybe in January.

Aren't we all broke. Damn Christmas messing up are gaming funds!  ???

Zombie Thread!!!

Hey everybody, I've actually made some progress on these building parts.

I got worried that the way I set up the gaps between the bricks wouldn't print out properly, so I redid them, and then redid them again, and then redid them again.

Anyway, I ran a test print of three of the different 'gap' cross-sections, and they showed up today. I'll have to wait until I can see them in sunlight, but I should be able to deal with the issue and hopefully get them close to up and running soon.

I can't believe it's January already.

btw, the imperial eagles actually came out. Of course, they might not replicate or take paint/ink well.

Cheers,

here are some of the reworks that are in progress. Currently I'm working on the random exposed bricks that go on the back faces.

I agree with the Drunken Otter, Not too found of the Skulls. So when will these be in hand? Or you have blues of them?

My complaints are not on your skills, but rather in honor of my Cambodian GF.

The skulls should be easily removed, one way or another. They are somewhat common in Imperial architecture, however, so I'd like to keep them where they are.

As for those of you who think they look amateurish, well thats what I am - an amateur. As it is, though, since they are so small they need to be simple to pick up the ink and dry brushing and still look like skulls.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

These won't be ready to print for a few weeks. As a side note, I've figured out that it would be quite simple to make reversible facades that would have different styles on each side. These won't be done that way, but I could do so later, if I win the lottery and buy a plastic molding machine. Gotta be prepared.

I'm having trouble seeing the pics. Could you provide a link to the image site they are stored on? I'm in the market for 6mm building and am interested to see what has caused all the hype on here.
