Only the Infantry has Teleport. It's the whole Regiment which is a Drop Army but that doesn't mean that everything drops in via high altitude Grav-Shute insertion (thats reserved for Infantry and Sentinels) = Teleport.
The Airborne Drop Platoon (and anything else transported via Valkyries/Vendettas) is supposed to enter the battlefield on lower altitudes.

So:
Drop Infantry Platoon = High altitude drop via Grav-Shutes. Transportes fly back to base.
Airborne Drop Infantry Platoon = Low altitude insertion. Transporters remain to provide covering fire and extraction.

Edit: Just noticed that the Storm Trooper Task Force should consist of Drop Storm Troopers, not ordinary Storm Troopers.

Other things i missed:
Strategy Rating 2
Initiative Rating 2+

Each Upgrade may only be taken once per Platoon.
Only 1/3 of the army's points may be spend on Imperial Navy formations.

I re-upladed the file with the relevant informations.
