I can see it now..."Seekermeng Sculpting" kinda has a ring to it don't you think...
I like the size of the hovercraft having seen it next to a Rhino. Big enough to fit in 10 guys!
Also, what are you future plans meng? A superheavy hovercraft perhaps?
Cheers
Chris

I have three projects in the works. ?One being a heavy transport hover. ?It will be big enough to carry 4 smaller vehicles or troops and will be well armed. ?The second is a med heavy fighter bomber and the third is an all purpose apc. ?Eventually, I want to build all the vehicles for my own 6mm army. ?I have a picture of a fast, highly mobile army. The apcs will be the core vehicle carrying troops and mounting differnt type of weapons. I've also been playing around with troop sculpting. ?I need more practice there though.

Hi!
Hmm...your vision is close to what I'm looking for. Fast grav vehicles and such. What I want them for as proxies for net epic's slann army list.

Don't the slann use a lot of walkers. Or are you thinking new and original vehicles. Give me a quick description or scetch of what you have in mind and I'll work something up for you.

Meng,
Looks great. Outstanding work.
It heavily reminds me of SJG's OGRE hovercraft.

I'm temporarily on on hold for the moment. I decided to do my castings in comercial white resin. After waiting about three weeks for it to come in the mail. I recieved a note from from the vendor telling me it wouldn't be in until the second week of december. So look for the avacs soon after that. I have been working on several series of 28mm horror pulp figs, but those are in limbo right now as well. I am using dollies to sculp them and ran out. I'll post pics of what I have done right now as soon as they are presentable. I have alot of stuff going but right now no means to really procede on any of it. So what I do have right now is a large supply Greenstuff, Evergreen plastic and time. Anyone have any requests. Anything you'd like to see as a potential cast mini. Let me know and I'll work on it.

Well, I have always wanted to see an IG main battle tank (meaning non-superheavy) that looks like Baneblade...

My #1 would be to see a Super Heavy sized siege tractor (aka Gorgon as it was always meant to be according to the fluff!). The Gorgon was supposedly a Super Heavy classed vehicle when it was first bought out, but the miniatures for it never realised this sale.
As always Meng, whatever you end up doing, make sure we know about it (and let me know re: painting when your're ready for the 28mm Series )

Is the gorgon the one with the big push blade on front? and didn't have like a minelayer or something.... I'm thinking mobile mini fortress. Big close support main gun, maybe a pair of weapons batteries on side sponsons and ample room to bring along troops inside.
Mojarn, I've begun work on a Light tank. It's kind of weird cross between a BMP and a Scorpian. It's on paper right now, but I'm going to try to make it my first completely sculpted vehicle.

Its first versions had a "tail" which was the mine layer. Later editions had 2 racks of mine "launchers", similar style to depth charges I guess.
However, the models were always chimera sized, where the original fluff referred to it being a super heavy & bought images of a brute of a vehicle ramming straight through wall defences & disgorging whole platoons into the enemy base. I always loved the concept but was never happy with the miniatres

Yes, the Gorgon Mk.I could lay or clear mines (SM1 additional rules), the Mk.II and III could clear mines and carry troops (SM2 rules). ?We have all 3 versions and that is how we use them. ? And the "Mine Thrower" is really closer to a big (large calibre) Grenade Launcher ... ?

I love tanks, they are the main reason I got into IG in the first place.
